The Berk is located just across the street from the UC Berkeley School of Law and around the corner from the Haas School of Business. Designed with student life in mind, there are shared spaces such as the rooftop lounge, two study rooms, as well as a TV lounge in addition to conveniences such as on-site laundry.

All-inclusive utilities (water, trash, sewage, PG&E, wi-fi and housekeeping) are a flat $150/mo.

Just outside the door, you'll find a wide variety of cafes and restaurants such as Freehouse, Caffe Strada and Crossroads Dining Hall.
